Currently we only ship within the U.S. and Canada. Canadian orders are charged a flat shipping fee of $20.00 per order. Often shipping is less, in which case we will credit you back for part of the shipping fee. Please allow additional days for orders placed during holidays and during sales. We are not responsible for any customs fees. RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We highly recommend purchasing samples first. We sell samples for most of the products we carry. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we have an "All Sales Final" policy. Exchanges are typically only made when a product is defective. If a product is defective, please notify us immediately by phone (801) 718-4386 or email: Info@PureJoyShop.com to make arrangements for an exchange. Approved exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Sample and trial sizes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Promo codes or discounts cannot be combined. A few items are excluded from sales and are noted as such on their product detail page. Sale discounts cannot be applied retroactively to any orders placed before the announcement of a sale.

In an effort to be environmentally responsible we often re-use packing peanuts, bubble wrap and packing paper from shipments that are sent to us. When we purchase packing paper we purchase recycled packing paper.
